We are pleased to present our new team at Customer Success, Linnéa and Josefine. We took the opportunity to have a little chat with them to hear more about their experiences, thoughts and visions.
What attracted you to Senseworks?
The first time we met Senseworks and got an insight into their analytics program, we both felt right away that this was something that we lacked in our daily work in auditing. The ability to analyze data in an efficient way that can also be integrated with cloud-based accounting systems, banks and the Swedish Tax Agency was something completely new for us. We identified several audit measures that, with the help of the analysis program, could streamline the peak season and free up time. This combined with the company culture and the ambition conveyed by the team made Senseworks the obvious choice for us.
What is your role as Customer Success Manager at Senseworks?
In our role as Customer Success Manager, our main focus is to nurture customer relationships. We will work closely and proactively with customers to identify what needs they have. Another important part will also be to guide, educate and ensure that the user experience is as smooth and value-creating as possible for customers.
How can your previous work experience contribute to Sensework's continued success?
As we both have experience in auditing, we are well versed in the challenges that exist in the auditing industry. For the past five years, we have worked with auditing in a major agency where we audited everything from economic associations, small and medium-sized companies to publicly traded companies. We are therefore well aware of the challenges faced by an auditor and we have industry-specific knowledge which we believe will be able to create added value for our clients. We also know how time-consuming it can be to obtain audit evidence and carry out complex analyses that require manual application of hands. Our experience combined with working closely with customer challenges means that we hope that we will be able to help Senseworks continue to grow and become a leader in the industry.
