As we welcomed our new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Peter Ufer, we were curious to hear about his thoughts on the role, challenges and vision for Senseworks. Here he shares his insights and ambitions.
What does your role as CRO at Senseworks involve?
As CRO, I am responsible for leading and coordinating all revenue-generating functions — sales, marketing and customer success. My focus is to create sustainable growth by ensuring that our teams work together towards common goals and that our customers always experience value in our solutions.
What attracted you to Senseworks?
Senseworks has a clear vision: to transform the way companies manage and analyze financial data. The company combines innovation and customer focus in a way that really inspires me. To help simplify and improve the work of auditors and, by extension, other functions of a company was an opportunity I could not refuse.
What are the biggest challenges you see for the company?
Standing out in a competitive market is always a challenge. To meet it, we are committed to being responsive to our customers' needs, launching solutions that solve their real problems and at the same time creating long-lasting relationships through strong customer support.
How do you see the collaboration between sales, market and customer success?
For me, it's important that these teams work as a unit. When we share data, insights and strategies, we can deliver a seamless and cohesive customer experience—from initial contact to long-term success.
What are your goals for Senseworks in the coming year?
My primary goal is to grow our client base and to establish a position as a leader in financial data analytics. We also plan to expand into new markets and launch features that are directly tailored to our customers' needs.
How do you want to influence the culture of the company?
Teamwork is one of my core values. I believe that a winning culture is based on trust, open communication and celebrating both small and big successes. My ambition is to create a work environment where every employee feels inspired to contribute their best.
What do you see as Senseworks' biggest opportunity going forward?
We are in an era where the demand for data-driven decisions has never been greater. With our platform, we have a great opportunity to help companies become more efficient and gain greater insights. It's a journey I look forward to leading alongside our dedicated team.
